  • Blacktip Shark: Known for their powerful and energetic jumps, Blacktips are a very exciting shark to fish for in South Carolina. Despite their larger size (weighing between 40 and 60 pounds), they’re still manageable for beginners and make for an absolutely thrilling catch!

  • Tiger Sharks: One of the largest and strongest sharks in South Carolina, tiger sharks are powerful, stubborn, and absolutely massive. While regulations require your catch to be no more than 54-inch FL, these impressive animals can grow up to 145 feet long and weigh up to 2000 pounds!
