Walk On Water With Murrells Inlet Pedalboarding

Whether you’re looking for a new way to spice up your workouts or you just want to tour Murrells Inlet on your time, pedalboarding gives you a view of the inlet in a way unlike any other. Part stairmaster, part paddle board, the pedalboard is a fun way to burn calories, enjoy the water, and tour the Murrells Inlet area.

What Is Pedalboarding?

Pedalboarding in Murrells Inlet allows you to glide across the water at your own speed as you manually operate the pedals. Spending the day on the water has never been more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a family-fun activity or want to explore the Murrells Inlet area on your own, the revolutionized water sport affords you the benefit of physical activity and relaxation. Similar to riding a bike, you’ll use the combination of your arm and leg movements to pedal and steer the pedalboard.

Because the sport is just as easy as walking, there’s no learning curb to enjoy this water sport. The pedalboard has stabilizing handlebars to give you balance and intuitive fingertip rubber control that makes steering easy to do and puts you in control of your motions. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or new to the water, you won’t have any problems getting in the swing of this fun sport.

You’ll stay securely on the pedals with deck pads that provide a comfortable grip for your feet. Even after hours on the water, you’ll still be enjoying the ride. The boards are large enough for one person of a max weight of 250 pounds. When renting a pedalboard from Crazy Sister Marina, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and all signing renters must be at least 18 years old.

Murrells Inlet Water Sports

If pedalboarding isn’t quite your speed, other Murrells Inlet watersports are available through Crazy Sister Marina. Whether you’re looking for the best fishing trip on the Grand Strand or want to experience a guided kayak tour around the Inlet, we have the experience you desire.

For the adventurous at heart, our pirate cruise ship is the perfect way to end the evening and take in a memorable sunset. Enjoy an hour and a half ride aboard the Barefoot Bounty, through the calming waters of the main channel. You can also rent our pirate ship for 90-minute private cruise.

Spend time on the water with our Murrells Inlet dolphin tour aboard the TURSI-OPS, a brand-new custom-built vessel, and experience the view like never before. We are the only dolphin trip with a hydrophone on board, so, if conditions allow, you may even get to hear them vocalizing. Our team has more than 15 years of experience finding the dolphins to make your tour a memorable experience. You’ll also take in views of the other marine and air animals like turtles, stingrays, sharks, osprey, eagles, herons and other creatures living in the area.
